Medical Assistant Program

Instructors Who Work in the Field

Most of our instructors work in the medical field during the day or at night, then come into the classroom to teach. They bring their day-to-day experience straight to your lessons.

You’ll learn from working medical assistants, doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants (PAs), and other specialty experts. Every instructor teaches from firsthand, current experience, not just a textbook.

They Bring Their Day to the Classroom

Because our instructors are still active in the field, they know what’s changing in medical offices and clinics right now. You get lessons built on what’s happening in the industry today, not just what happened years ago.

See One, Do One, Teach One

Our instructor model is see one, do one, teach one. You watch a skill demonstrated, practice it yourself, then teach it back. This hands-on approach helps the lesson stick and builds confidence before you ever step into a clinical setting.

A Possible Way In

Some of our instructors work in clinics that take on Kino College students, and a few have even hired their own students. We can’t guarantee employment, but we tell every student the same thing: be ready to show your best from day one. You never know who might be watching, including the instructor standing in front of your class.
